Hi - my name is Jane Spurgin and I am the Director of Development for KAFEC, working for the FE College principals in Kent, supporting them to achieve their key strategic priorities.
This is a fairly unique partnership with very few similar models nationally. The benefits of partnership are very real and of great advantage to the people and businesses across the county. There are a significant number of KAFEC networking/learning community groups, all overseen by the KAFEC Principals' Group, which meets six times each year to discuss and carry forward strategic issues regarding education and training.
I am always looking out for new opportunities and ways to link to other partnership groups so that, together, we can share good practice and develop new schemes which are to the benefit of all our learners!
