The Colleges
KAFEC is a partnership of the six further education corporations located in Kent and Medway, covering the whole geographical area. It was established in 1994 and its main purpose is to raise the profile and reputation of further education (FE) in Kent and Medway while continually driving up the quality of FE provision. Through collaborative working, mutual support and the sharing of best practice, KAFEC aims to influence the development of education and training for the benefit of all learners. It is committed to delivering high quality employability skills to support the needs and expectations of both individuals and employers across the area.
